甲乙双方经平等协商同意，自愿签订本协议，共同遵守本协议所列条款。

1. 聘任期限:从工作开始日_________至2015年1月10日完成时止。
2. 甲方支付乙方办公成本补贴500元/月。每月20日左右发放。
3. 甲方支付乙方销售提成。比例与每年CH事业部直销组公布的外联提成保持一致（2014年的标准为：完成目标15万及以下（提成走团财务毛利的6%），完成挑战20万以上（提成走团财务毛利的7%），2015年标准待定，以双方协商为准。保密！）。
4. 乙方不参与甲方针对正式员工的奖项评比、外出考察等福利（主动营销除外）。
5. 乙方应遵守甲方依法规定的规章制度。乙方如果严重违反以下条款，导致甲方认为乙方不符合岗位要求，甲方可以提前一周通知乙方解除聘用协议：
6. 根据外联工作SOP操作订单（含订单处理时间，催信发送频率等等）。
7. 根据外联调度SOP操作团队计划（外联需自己操作以及全权处理团队事物）。
8. 根据外联邮件处理原则处理销售邮件。
9. 乙方的各项销售数据不得低于直销外联的正常水平,如：成行率，利润率，客户营销率，外联表扬率，资源利用率。投诉率不得高于平均水平。
10. 工作时间和在职员工一致，可申请周末值班，如遇特殊情况，可提前一天申请不参与订单的分配。
11. 保持企业QQ上班时间在线。
12. 手机24小时开机。

14. 乙方的团队调度由本人完成，办公室的协助工作由其partner负责（2014年为陆燕）。
15. 定期工作总结, 乙方需每个月最后一天汇报一次销售数据,以邮件形式发送给销售主管;
16. 销售提成基于走团的财务毛利账单，提成延后两个月支付，即7月份结算5月份团队的提成。月度按照最低比例结算，年底再统一多退少补。
17. 如发现乙方有泄露客户订单信息或者其他违反《中华游规章制度》和《中华游保密协议》等各方面的行为时, 中华游将单方面终止协议,并有权拒绝支付部分提成。
18. 本协议未尽事宜，由双方协商另行签订补充条款。甲方拥有该协议的最终解释权。
19. 乙方如需终结合同，需至少提前两周通知甲方进行工作交接。
20. 本合同一式两份，甲乙双方各一份。

Responsibilities of the User

1. The user agrees to write/edit web content for www.chinahighlights.com to the following standard. For more details see Freelancer Article Requirements and Ratings.

a) Correct English: grammar, spelling, vocabulary

b) Appropriate English: language, style, readability

c) Quality Content: original ideas, useful to travelers, entertaining if possible, and interesting to a wide-enough range of readers, with potential-customer/ marketing orientation

d) Unique Content: not copied from elsewhere (all quotes must be clearly shown as such), created by the user, and copyrightable by China Highlights

e) With Images: include, where appropriate, high-quality, copyrightable images e.g. from The Employee’s camera

2. The user agrees to complete tasks by the deadline shown or else inform China Highlights.

3. The user agrees to respond within 48 hours after receiving a task/message, or inform China Highlights in advance of unavailability.

4. The user agrees that any work submitted will after acceptance become the property of China Highlights, and must not be reused online or in any other copyrightable medium.

Rights and Responsibilities of China Highlights

1. China Highlights agrees to pay the user the agreed task amounts on a monthly basis in USD by PayPal (or as otherwise agreed). The sender’s and receiver’s PayPal fees will be paid by China Highlights. The cut off date for each monthly payment of approved submissions is usually the 10th of the month. Payment will usually be by the 16th of the month.

2. China Highlights has the right to judge the user’s work. If the user’s work fails to meet China Highlights’ requirements, China Highlights has the right to require the user to improve or redo the work at no extra cost.

Use of the Platform

The platform, its content, and code are the property of China Highlights. Users may not copy, hack, or otherwise misuse the interface.

The platform may only be used for the purpose of completing composition/editing tasks and communication between the user and China Highlights.

The user’s account is the user’s responsibility and must be kept secure. Any illegal, defamatory, or offensive content found therein, or other misuse of the interface, may result in denial of access to the account. It is the user’s responsibility to report any suspected security breach to China Highlights.

The user is responsible for backing up work to another location. China Highlights takes no responsibility for the loss of work due to platform issues.
