Below are examples where extra fees should be included in the overall price of the experience and not listed as an additional fee:
Charges or fees that cover a part of the experience, i.e. entrance tickets to POIs or tickets for an optional river cruise. Note: This excludes any fees that have to be paid in cash, in destination to an external party (i.e national park entrance fees).
Operational costs such as fuel or congestion charges.
